Brynn Hill has a national real estate practice and represents clients in a broad range of real estate and commercial finance matters, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, entity and fund formation and governance, finance agreements, development agreements and design and construction agreements.  Brynn has extensive experience representing publicly traded REITs, privately held real estate investment firms, national and regional real estate developers, and retail, industrial and office tenants.
